I am trying to cut Fabric Brite material on my Roland SP-540V and even though increasing the cut pressure I am having trouble with the areas where the blade made a fairly shape turn. Those areas are not cutting very well. Do you think a 30 degree or 65degree blade would work better?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I think the 60 degree will do it, Bob. They're made for hard-to-cut stuff like sandblast stencil, flock, etc; and I think they'll probably do a good job on small stuff on vinyl.

Thanks Dale, that is what I thought. Good thing I ordered a set of them this afternoon for tomorrow AM delivery.

Cutting speed might matter, too. My teenage Roland is on the slow side.
