Does anyone have a source for decorative bolts suitable for exterior use? I need to attach a large panel of PolyCore pvc to a sheet of DiBond and I'd like the bolt heads to look like a part of the design if I can.

Hi Dave. Since no one else has volunteered any possible solutions, here's one you may consider.
Using threaded rod, a washer, and a nut as your fastener, leave some threaded rod exposed past the nut & washer. You now have an additional thread available, onto which you can screw a decorative drawer pull, of which are a pretty good selection at any Lowes/Home Depot etc. Just make certain that the hardware drawer pull you select matches up with the thread count on the threaded rod you buy. Countersink the washer/nut just a bit so that your drawer pull will set flush to the top surface.
Hope this suggestion helps.
