I normally extend my laminate about 3/8" past the edge of my printed graphic for partial and vehicle graphics. I was told a long time ago that this would keep the graphic edges cleaner. Is this what the rest of you guys do.

Of course it does not matter which way you do it if the edge seal is not a good seal and the adhesive is not bonded enough.

Interested in what your thoughts are.

Nope. We never have and have never had a problem with edge delamination.

Hiya Bob,
When doing full wraps, I'll overlap graphics 1/4". If it's a partial, I don't bother with a clear overlap from the graphic to the vehicle. The most I would normally do is edge seal the graphics with a Sealit! pen.

Havin' fun,

Checkers
