hello: We are doing some survey for some company and they e-mailed us some forms to fill, those forms are in pdf file, the sample they e-mail with computer filled forms and photoes. I opened file in adobe acrobat reader, but I can't write nothing in it like the sample does. Any one here know how to do it? thanks

What version of Reader are you using? I beleive you can only fill forms in Reader from Version 6.0.2 and later.
Or open it full Acrobat and fill the forms there.

Or open the pdf in Corel Draw, and fill it out then export it back to pdf.

Problem with just opening it in Illustrator or Corel is if you do not have the exact fonts that are in original PDF

then you just open text as curves instead, and it'll still be the same.
You can still type your reply in, normally.
