Ok....this is my final post on my impressions of my Apple Mac experience...unless a major bomb goes off - I promise. So, if this topic has bored you to tears...you might want to just move on to something more interesting.
A few people wanted me to chime in after I got my printer issue resolved and give my final impression on the Mac computer as a tool for business and pleasure.
In short - now that I have figured out my printer issue and am learning some of the important features....I love this thing!
Every day, I am learning more about it's powerful design....and it's just incredible.
There are so many neat things it does, and graphical ways it allows you to navigate (such as putting all your programs and open docs into a flip through iTunes style format, etc) that it is really mind blowing.
I give it a 9 out of 10.
I would say that I am now a very satisfied customer...and I already have my eyes set on a 24" iMac for my next computer.
So, after all my initial frustration...to find an easy fix to my printer problem....I have had a chance to relax and enjoy the thing...and enjoy it I am!
I still like windows, and won't be bashing them as they have served me well, but I'd have to say I prefer the Mac better at this point.
Although I haven't listed any specifics, but there are many cool things that make it a desirable alternative to Windows....and I urge anyone looking at a new computer to at least explore the option.
It's a wonderful work companion.

Todd, You have finally arrived! I have been a lurker so far, but I always knew you would see the value as it relates to the beauty.
Like anything totally new, it sometimes takes a while.
I have kept silent on this thread as I have never used a PC, I'm a virgin, used a Mac forever. Isn't it a joy to wake it up in the morning and see the wonderful desktop. Welcome Home.

Sonny, I cannot understand why they won't let me see my parents anymore?! Their User Agreement made me sell everything I own, give them the money and work on a company owned Apple Orchard...my job is picking the worms and bugs out of the Apples....hehehe.
Maybe this wasn't such a good idea after all....
