Is it illegal to send a font to someone from Microsoft windows? My client wants his sign done in segoe script. I have "segoe" but not script. He has it on his new Vista computer. I thought the font could be emailed to me but when I tried to walk through sending a font I could not insert it to attach file to email. So I guess I have 2 questions, 1- can we share fonts from windows and 2- how to do it? Thanks.

you need to COPY the font you want to email to a TEMP directory....1st...then you can put in an email from there....something about tryin to pull it outa the windows folder to email dont work. i also copied all of my fonts to a cd, and had to do it this way....copied all font to a temp directory...then burnt to a cd from there then deleted them from the temp directory.

Joe's method is how I've always done it. Make a folder for it, or use a folder that's convenient, and copy the font file to it. Then go to that folder to attach the file to an e-mail.
