Wow, I feel as though oit were just yesterday I was chatting with Si and now I read this.
Si is probably having fun at the expense of the nurses right now, playing the Si(sly) Fox that he is.

Si, as soon as you bother the nurses enough they'll move you down a level toward home. I hope by now you're out of ICU and have your computer. You can run the world from there while you recover. Looking forward to hearing about the pain being gone.

Thanks to Rick for letting us know what's going on, Si. I'm not on the net any longer, but I'll watch this and call when you're fit enough. The entire St.Marie family will be saying a prayer for you this evening when we're together in Lost Prairie. Get well, Si. Spring is coming and the shotguns are waiting patiently in the rack. You're needed on the field.

Si is still in intensive care. Listed as critical but stable. He is under sedation and still on a respirator. They tried to ween him from that today but no go. Seems he developed a mean streak and starts thrashing around and being agitated at the the situation. Of course the docs don't like to see that because of the increased blood pressure and the problems that can cause..
Marti seems to be holding up well and knows all the doctors. She says she doesn't need anything.
