Anyone know of a front printable backlit rigid material that can be used on the VersaCamm that is 36" wide x 20mil in thickness? A customer of mine that has a chain of service stations brought me a sample that was screenprinted on this material. Thanks in advance for your help!

We've just been printing to translucent white then mounting it to lexan or polycarbonate. Probably not the cheapest route in the world, but it works. Probably not going to be competitive to a large run of screenprinted ones though.

We have been doing the same thing Bruce. Just printing on the white translucent. Its the quickest because we always have those materials on hand, and the customer usually wants it yesterday!

If the plastic face is white, you can print on clear vinyl and put a close cut path around the letters or artwork. You get a really nice look but you will need to set your profile for a double-pass to get a deep enough color for back lit faces. We've done a few this year with great results.
Good Luck!
