I need to find out if anyone can make a 60"x14"x1" thick aluminum pan face for a frame. If you can let me know and I'll get with you on pricing. I just need one. Thanks

Although I have used 1" thick aluminum for a sign, I think that you mean 1" deep, right? How thick.... .030, .040, .060?
