Anyone know who makes patches? I have a Great client that wants some ~8-10" diameter patches to sew on some Carhart jackets.
I've taken care of their biz cards, trucks, trailers, hard hat stickers and screen printed safety shirts and they want more, so I'm trying to be their one stop shop and keep them happy.

order them from a company such as collegiate. They make them at a low price.. but you have to wait a couple weeks to git them

i use www.abemblem.com alot not the cheapest but the quality is first rate. Pay particular attention to the design specs esp with regard to borders....patchborders are different than signs or digital. A local embroiderer may be able to do them but that really depends,the best looking patches are made with multihead machines,so someone sewing names on school uniforms isnt going to produce something that looks like ab does. An 8-10" patch will not be cheap,also depends on what type backing..sew on,iron on,velcro etc. and youre probably looking at a 25-50 piece minimum order plus digitizing etc. AB usually runs about 10-14biz days turn around with shipping,at least to me...there are others out there but after getting burned a couple of times i dont know who else to recommend since it isnt really a common thing

nope you need to call suntex. they make patches very inexpensive depending on quantity and do damn good work. just send them a good file.
