Stein; as no one else will, the OP awards is a humorous slight aimed at Old Paint for his own picture of him, (OP), in a red thong,(not a pretty sight-lol),a year or so ago...he's never lived it down and Todd never misses a chance to roast him for it...if anywhere else or by anyone else, it would probably be classified as sarcastic by those veiwing it, but as it's here, amongest friends, it's hilarious.....
