Hi, We're wrapping a Scion XB and would like to remove the door handles to make our lives that much easier. It's not quite as straight forward as a PT Cruiser. Has anyone done it? If so how? I'm working on the back doors right now and can't see any access to the bolts on the back of the door handle. Thanks!
Nick

The back door handle is rubber which is a second piece under the cover for the license plate lights. I would go to http://www.clubxb.com/forums/ and check out the DIY posts where these persons take apart their Scions religiously daily and change everything.

There ya go

Thanks Joey, I'll check out the link. For reference, it's the actual side door handles I'm working with, not the hatch handle.
Thanks,
Nick

We'd just go over them. It's not worth the headache. Those handles are actually near flush and aren't too hard to go right over.
