This was a 3 plant herbal grow which grew to 15 foot high before a nylon net had been laid over to bring down the tops to the height you see here. There are neighbors on 3 sides of the backyard who have never complained as well as persons from various power, gas and water companies. They were removed, manicured and are in its drying stage and will be used medically to bring a to my face until the next harvest

Joey, did I mention to you I have a bad case of artharitis in my knees. I think that plant would help better than green tea...

You're taking all this way too personal Joe. Sometimes a poat gets locked or deleted due to a follow up comment and not the original post. As they say in Baseball, I calls them as I sees them.
I looked at Joey's original post. I'm well aware that there may be someone nursing their favorite beverage, that labels this as drug related. Perhaps even some Reefer Madness.
Many of us have known Joey for several years. I've met the Man in person. Don't let Joey hear me say this, but he is a bit of nut. One of those wacky, artist types. A pinstriper no less!
Anyone that knows Joey will be a bit suspicious of this post and it's claim. Look at the source of the photo, along with the neighborhood, and you may begin to suspect this post is pure entertainment.
This could change. If someone takes it upon themselves to turn this into a political debate about the evils of drugs, it very well may end up locked and/or deleted.
When it's all said and done, the main reason we keep coming back to Letterville, day after day, year after year, is to learn something, share something, and communicate with real people that are interested in this thing called Letterheads.
I see it as my job to make sure our guests are all having a goodtime. 11 years at the job have taught me that certain subjects divide us and can cause bad feelings. There's all sorts of forums devoted to religion, politics and other subjects we all love to debate.
The US election is just around the corner. If we don't take a firm stand right now, someone may get the idea we are getting soft on our policy. We're not. Them's the rules.

The above photo is a LEGAL grow as far as our state is concerned and although I could have grown 6 more plants and still be legal we realized our skills in this practice would yield a stronger strain with bigger buds and the least amount of problems. I'm not a walking felon and I do respect all the laws put out there for our well being and also know that some persons have a different outlook on what should be legal and what shouldn't. All in all this particular herb has always gotten a bad rap from persons whose never taken the time to investigate what this is really about to begin with. I posted this as an off topic subject similar to other off topic posts I've seen here in Letterville, I personally don't drink alcohol as I pee enough during the day. I only smoke herb in the comforts of a home when I'm settled in and I never offer any for sale. It seems that this practice has done me good throughout the years and these days has gotten me through my pain without the use of hard core and higher priced drugs gotten through your practicing doctor. I also realize I'm not going to change anyones mind and not even trying to but this is what I want to do, some paint panels and some do other things, I do other things,
Think of this, if it weren't for herb, we'd all still be working from milk crates

I don't see what the big deal is, Joey. I've often wondered why a natural herb has gotten such a bad rap, when alcohol has by far been a more dangerous substance. I guess that maybe the most dangerous effect might be that it would add to the obesity of our nation, which is already at epidemic proportions.

Wow...I thought artists were all supposed to be easy going and mellow. This is usually such an informative and happy place, everyone appreciates the others different views and helps out with problems when they can. If you don't like it...move a long, no one is making anyone come to this site...there's already enough drama in life. Next we'll have to take down the 10 commandments...oh wait...that has already been done (in most places). Life is to damn short as it is.....

Steve, I thought I was just having a little humorous fun "good time" but since you scolded me again, I guess I'll go climb back under my rock ........Just kidding Steve, just kidding!.....See smiley
On a serious note though. What do you think about putting a clearly, visible link with forum "topic rules" for greenies like me, who don't visit as much and/or know the unspoken rules?
Evidently I missed the other political tirades so didn't know they were taboo.....My apologies!
JoeY, (tongue in cheek story here): my grandma McIntosh lived on the McIntosh farm in southern Indiana. She and her siblings took the back way to school as a short-cut even though her parents told them not to. They would go through a cave (the area is known for many), and they had to jump over a very deep ravine inside the cave also; well, they had to sneak past the moonshiners since it was prohibition time and not get caught. They were taking a big risk, but, that's not much concern for school kids at that age. Just thought you'd like my history. Oh, then my father was only 10 years younger than this maternal grandma, and when he was 12 years old, the headlines were "WW2" and Al Capone! It's all in the perspective of the era we live in and looking back to what was the story of the day is also what my children and grandchildren now look back as "grandma's hippie days" and their great uncle's (my brother's) tour in Vietnam".

uhhh Karyn....I think that should be "drool, drool" which, according to Webster's Dictionary, is "to make an effusive show of pleasure or often envious or covetous appreciation"
Joey, nice job! Now, how 'bout those bud shots Karyn mentioned?

Try and grasp the situation, the plants have been manicured and were in the drying process as I stated when I posted this and now are in the curing process. The leaves are long gone as well as their branches so getting a photo of its buds at this stage are too much trouble at least till after the curing process. Those in the know have a commitment to make all processes associated with this as simple as possible and I for one go along with it as leaves and branches have no value and the buds are too valued and must be babied so to speak.
