We are considering buying 3-d routing software. Would like opinions on the support from Enroute from other sign people who are using it. Do they return calls? Thanks.

We (ez-Router) are sellers of Enroute, and also do some support on it as well. The guys at Enroute are great and are very quick on there feet. If you have any questions let me know and i would be glad to give it a shot.
thanks,
jacob

We have enjoyed good support from EnRoutel. Innititally we got hands-on training through our MultiCam dealer who brought the Enroute trainer to town. They even arranged for him to come to my studio for private lessons.
Aside from the first months I haven't needed them since although I always sit in on seminars at the trade shows and always learn something new.
Now you can purchase a whole training video package and supplementary books which cover so much more than the manual did and in an easier fashion. Some of my techniques and tricks are explained in the package.
