Unknowingly posing in front of Sam's signwork at Fort Michilimackinac in Mackinaw City. Daughter and son in the pic with me. The wife is taking the picture. July 2nd I think.
St. Ignace car show...right over the Mackinaw Bridge...might have been July 1st. Couple of the cars I really liked.

Picture of Mackinaw Island taken from way up on the island out toward the big lake.
Main street through Mackinaw Island - no motor cars allowed...just horse & buggy, walking, or bikes.
I saw your Colonial pop vending machines and the rest of your cool work around the fort in Mackinaw City....wish I would have taken some more pics of them....
But did you have to get the picture in front of two of the oldest signs.
The one you are in front of along with one of the Indian signs, will be removed this fall and given complete makeovers after 8 years.
The digital soldier in that pic is three years old with a knife slash acrossed his belly.
Todd, where the bridge pic was taken I grew up right across the street.
Man I sure wish I new you were here I would have loved to have shown you around.

Todd nice pics ! our wing just got back from alpena, Mi.-CRTC training base for Guard units. We always have a bus trip to Mackinaw Island day trip-been there 4 times in my 24 years "Guard career"-tough job....but somebodys gotta sightsee ! The Grand Hotel ! i told my wife were doing the UP & the island in 08, it is a really neat spot to visit, as your pics show. i like the coffee @ the Golf course, million dollar view !
Sam ! maybe i'll look you up in 08, take care, nice work. the island has more Jamacians working there than on their own island, don't they ?
