Get the new letters and spray the old to match, without having to replace them all.
I was hoping to buy from Gemini the letters but they do not have the font.
What is the font? and does anybody have a source?

I've replaced leters like that with PVC painted to match. Either I didn't let the customer know (and they still haven't figured it out) or gave them two different prices - one for metal and one for the PVC. They have always taken the PVC 'cuz I overprice the metal.
Good luck...

If you take Nevman's advice, you can trace all but the "Y" from the existing copy. Then scan and digitize and cut them from pvc or send them to a lazer cutter for aluminum.
I was just hoping to do a quick fix and order the few letters we needed.
I did not think this would have been that hard but apparently there is a company out there that uses this font and no one else does.
Go Figure

Sorry, I just saw this but for future reference, Gemini DOES do custom cast. If you can identify the font or send us a letter, we can make it for you.
