A quart of ink is enough to screenprint an average of 150 18 x 24 signs. A smudge of ink on your finger is enough to cover a small parking lot.

Don't forget...just walking past the print shop with a new shirt, pants, or shoes on is enough to get a drop of red right in the middle of them.

Why we don't print apparel. Fresh plasitsol will travel for 8 hours or 20 miles before it stops transfering from your finger to anything within 5 feet of you.

I do just enough screen print jobs to always be at the beginning of the learning curve on each job. About half way through a job, I remember all the things I learned the last time, that I was going to different this time, but forgot...

Scooter, all you have to do is file away a post moretem of each job, with the work order, so before you start the next one of that same type, just re-read your notes of problems & workarounds.
