The "Hardly Normal Sign Company (down-under inc.) was created to enjoy and promote the finer side of signwriting.
Sharing and having a good time.
But we guarantee to turn any simple thing into a crisis!
Duncan had to be made an honorary Ozzie. He was made to learn the words and sing Slim Dusty's Ballad "Gotta have a beer with Duncan, 'cause Duncans me mate". Also taught the fine art of cane toad killing via a video that Sarge brought with him.
He is now a full partner in the business and mainly handles slang interpretation, navigation.
He is hence forth now known as "Dingo Dawg"
The company logo was created by Sarge then edited by the directors. Sarge and his cheverons took pride of place, Dawgs paw is there. My ^ from Bushie^ got the short end of the stick. Oh well!
Logo has been tweeked a bit more since the above version and printed off in multiple sizes and quantities of stickers!

While Duncan may well be good at navigation in Edmonton I would be careful giving him that task when you travel. We've all heard the good story of who was to blame on our little walking adventure in Vegas but the truth is he was the guy who claimed to have a good sense of direction. Put him with a bunch of folks from the other side of the world where everything is upside down and who knows what will happen.
I'm sure there will be plenty of wild stories to tell when this adventure is done!
Have fun!!!!
Not at all lost in Yarrow...

Actually David, Dan does get lostin Yarrow, but that's another story. Jon, Sue and I made it to Moose Jaw safe and sound... well "sound" is an iffy term at best for signwriters. LOL

I avoided all that.... I flew to Regina and Kelly picked me up and I am spending tonight at her place. I was feeling a bit out of sorts but this is a nice quite part of the world... I'm liking Canada more and more.... On to Moose Jaw tomorrow. BTW fellow directors... I didn't play up at all.... I've been well behaved
