This time next week we will be arriving in Vancouver! Yahooooooooo!
Six weeks ain't going to be enough, but we will make every moment memorable.
Got two weeks in Chilliwack with a life-time friend of mine. Plans to spend day (at least) playing with grandpa Dan and finally meeting my long time internet chat super lady ... Donna! Got some "Cherry Ripes" for you and Cody!
Figure we will be able to take a side trip down to visit the "Lipstick" Gal in Tacoma ... gotta do that. Like to catch up with the "Real Flame" Guy too. (He owes me a panel) but haven't heard from Mike for years.
Wanna meet Joey (the Reverand) too. Said he would drive up and meet me USA side of the border. Have to organise that when we get there.
Then we drive to the "Dawgies" Den in Edmonton. Sue and his "better-half" are going to wreck havok on our credit cards in the Mall! Duncan ... we will sit on your front patio and drown our sorrows!
From there we headed to Moose Jaw. A week of mayhem and madness and Love and sharing and Letterheads!
After, we have a few days staying with Kelly (who made it all possible just by asking) ... then on to the Mayor's place in Toronto.
Steve and Barb said they would host a BBQ and Panel Bash on the 14th July while we are there ... all welcome. We really wanna meet everybody possible. I have Steve's Didgeredoo with me and you can endure his efforts to blow a frigging note out of it!
Six weeks sounds a lot. Actually the longest holiday I've had in 25 years. Just so hard to fit in everything and everybody.
Seeya SOON!

You keep forgetting about me Jon... I'm hitting Vancouver on the 26th of June... I'm driving up to Dawgies place too, so I'll catch up with you there, drop in on Dan for an hour or so and then Jasper and then Edmonton.... I'll be giving the credit cards a flogging too with the girls...'cause I'm doing the mall thing. Then I'm flying to Regina and Moose Jaw on the 1st of July....was going to be the 2nd but I buggered up some bookings... 9 days in MJ helping out and attending the meet then fly to Calgary and drive back to Vancouver via Banff and Lake Loiuse then home for Oz on the 13th... Sorry Steve and Barb....won't be hitting the east coast....maybe next time. This is one of the most expensive things I've done but will be worth it....can't wait!! Doing this solo because Ricky didn't want to come....he found a girl and the hormones are racing....hehehehe wish I was 18 again! See Ya all soon

Sounds like you are going to have a great adventure there Jon. I am hoping all will come together here and I'll get the chance to meet you at Moose Jaw.
Canada is a great place to visit. If you get the opportunity and have the time, make a run through Jasper and Banff. The West Edmonton Mall is a shoppers dream or nightmare depending on how much how like your money. Take a ride on their big roller coaster if you like that sort of thing...it's a rush!
Maybe you could toss a couple dozen packs of Tim Tams in the old case there...Tim Horton's coffee and Tim Tams, now that would be a treat!

We're looking forward to seeing you and Sue here in Fergus Jon. We'll make sure you get to see Niagara Falls and Toronto. Hopefully some Letterheads from both those spots will volunteer to be our tour guides.
There will be a BBQ/Panel Jam here at our home in Fergus on Sat., July 14th. We'll have the garage cleaned out to accomadate those that want to panel jam. I have some One Shot and a few panels kicking around, but anything extra you want to bring is more than welcome.
It's Residental area with limited space, but I still want to invite anyone that wants to come. Barb and I are concerned about drinking and driving, so we are urging our Guests to stay over.
We have a couple hotels in the area, but I want to see the rooms before I recommend them. Lots of Bed & Breakfast places as well. We're in the process of gathering a list of accomadations in the area.
There's room for camping in the backyard. If you own a "bed in a bag", bring it along. It's big old house. We'll find room somewhere.
We have no problem with kids coming along. There's a rubber pool and room for them to run. A campfire is in the works for Saturday night, so bring your instruments along.
The whole idea is to give you all a chance to meet Jon and his wife Sue. Bushie has been a huge part of this Community and our Chat Room for over 10 years. Here's your chance to meet them personally, and see small town Ontario as a bonus. Here's a few links to learn more about the Fergus-Elora area.

When planning your route to Southern Ontario, please allow for an overnight with us. Kenora is just inside the Manitoba/Ontario border - on the most gorgeous lake. About 850 km from Moose Jaw, we could provide a great spot for a break. See you on July 2nd. Murray

I spent six months in BC back in the 70s and never made it over to your island Sue! My Sue wants to see it too so if we get a chance to come over ... we will!
We are staying in Chilliwack with my long time Canadian "brother" Bob "the green man" Smith. We first met skydiving back in the 60s and he calls my place in Australia his second home. Comes down here every couple of years for 3 months.
We have about two weeks in BC before descending on Duncan in Edmonton. Going to leave planning side trips to Seattle, Vancouver Island etc until we get there.
So much to do in a little time!
Seeya soon tho!
PS: ALL CANADIAN LETTERHEADS ... please e-mail me your cell phone numbers ... I will catch you if I can on our travels.
