#1-I don't grow a garden because if I did it would be black. #2-I should wear better shoes while working, Saturday I was wearing flip-flops, tripped while carrying a heavy 1x8 sign, nearly dropping it, and my foot slammed into an .040 aluminum sheet, 5x10, which inserted itself between my toes and cut me. #3-I have to be, because I can't afford anything new, and my Gerber stuff has to run off of Win98.
Are you sick of this game yet? Love....Jill

Spending time with family and friends. That would include Letterhead and Walldog meets.
I just found out (while we were out of town) that we hafta move. Not real convenient, but I'm looking forward to a hopefully more accomodating place for my work and family. What is the most drastic change you've had to make this year?

Reverting back to doing a lot of busy work rather than profitable work. Not by choice, that's just the hand I've been dealt this year. I had become spoiled with the good jobs I'd grown accustomed to over the last several years which have seemingly dried up.
What is your change in profits from this time last year?

Yes, I put Sun-In on my hair one time down at the beach. It turned a blondish-reddish-orangish color and I got harassed mercilessly by my friends for a couple of months until it grew out... won't be doing THAT again!!
Edited to add: Quick Dick got ahead of me... never done a float myself, but plenty of banners, lettering and signs for other peoples!
What is the best place you've ever visited on vacation?

My favorite hat belonged to my great-grandma and looks like something Lydia wore in Beetlejuice, complete with a net veil. I actually used to wear it to school my senior year, along with a big old top hat that was my grandpap's uncle's in the 1880s. And I'm working a little bit both days, today and tomorrow.
Will you be going to see "real" fireworks or just watch your neighbors shooting off their illegal ones?

btw Karyn, I'm not sure how the fourth will play out for me. Might sneak in some work if I can fit it. (I know I should! haha) Would like to go to my mom's pool for a swim, and have plans for a grill out with friends out near the beach for the late aft/eve.
Here in South Carolina there are three distinct Bar-B-Que regions. Mustard based, Ketchup Based, and Vinegar/Pepper Based. I'm from the Mustard based region but prefer the Vinegar/Pepper Based from the lower part of the state.
I hate to offend anyone from Texas, but BBQ is ALWAYS PIG!!!!!
