Priceless... what a great story Jon. Thanks for putting Moose Jaw on the international map and thank you for spreading the Letterhead word. Can't wait to see you here in Edmonton in the summer.

Congratulations on the good press Jon! As a Canadian I'll be proud to have one of your murals in the Canada. As an artist I'll be pleased to have one of yours in the same city as one of mine!
See you in a few weeks!

Jon, I just wanna say that I got into the "sign" business many years ago wanting to do exactly what you are doing, but fate took me in another direction and into another aspect of the business. I wanted to paint fantastic large scale murals like you, and now I hate to paint at all, but that's another story. It's all good, though.
Would you be so kind as to give a brief explanation about how this particular job was conceived, layed-out and executed? The time it took, etc?
The Newspaer article was about an Invitation to paint a mural in Moose Jaw Canada ... yet to be completed.
The Tank Mural used as an illustration of my work was actually done over 10 years ago as part of a whole town historical mural project in 5 sites totally over 10,000 sq ft of concrete, weatherboard and corrugated iron surfaces. Prices and techniques I used are very much out-of-date.
The other Mural they took my photo in front of is only 7 years old. By then it would have worked out at around a $100/hour plus materials. Price is not what it takes but what it is worth.
I'm not in it just for the money. I love what I do and fortunately people pay me very well to do it.
I also do them for nothing, or just material cost, for deserving causes.

Canada is very lucky to import such awesome talent. I hope we meet up again Jon, the last time was in Oklahoma and you presented me with a beautiful liner brush.
