Depends on what surface yer sticking it to. Here's some basic DRY techniques.
Make sure your surface is VERY clean. Sometimes those bubbles can be dirt from the back of the release liner from setting your vynull down somewhere.
Make sure there are no bubbles in your pre mask. Bubbles in pre mask will transfer to your vynull.
A sharp squeegeee is a must,a 3M gold squeegee! Any nicks in it will result in, you guessed it, BUBBLES!
Squeegee out from the center of your shortest axis up and then down. (or side to side if you are top or bottom hingein'). On vehicles you will have to press hard.
GO SLOW. Dont try and give 'er too fast. You'll wrinkle it. Also overlap your strokes by about a third.
On coro signs I like to squeegee against the grain and keep your squeeegee at almost a 90 degree angle so it falls in between the valleys. Normally I keep it at a 45ish degree angle.
Like I said these are very basic and there are different approaches to various substrates. I'm sure you will be getting lots of different opinions on this one.

Besides what Stevo mentioned, lots of practice will help too Seriously though, the one thing that he didn't mention is to let the squeegee do it's job. Do not allow the vinyl to make contact with the substrate until you apply it with the squeege. If the vinyl makes contact with the substrate before it's applied with the squeegee, air will get stuck and you'll end up with bubbles.

Thanks you gyes the rapid tac did the job, that is like roger says, insurance in a bottle, i am wondering at this point what is the rapid tac 2 is it super man in a bottle lol, just teasing. We go through lots of RapidTac. Nothing works like it. It saves far more time and frustration than it cost. Tac2 is best for glass and cold weather. I used to avoid glass and dreaded the 1-chance dry installs. Even large graphics are a snap now.
How's that for a plug Roger? Great product!
