I have a layout that specifies Mrs. Eaves typeface. Wouldn't you know it's one I don't have! I haven't been able to find a free download online and don't want to pay for it if I can avoid it. Has anyone ever had to cross reference it to a similar font? Everything I've looked at just doesn't seem similar enough.

Here is the website showing the typeface used. Now I'm wondering if it's not a modified version because the "s" is more like Palatino. www.MarkJohnsonCustomHomes.com

Here is a website saying that it's a "modern" version of BaskervilleBaskerville and Mrs. Eaves. It's a copyrighted font, so it looks like it has to be purchased (myfonts.com for $39). Just tell your customer you have to charge for the font or give them the option of using a close substitution.
