I'm having problems with my ploter not working. It's a Graphtec 3000-60 and I use Flexie 7 for my sign program. After you get yourlettering or whatever ready to cut I hit cut/plot icon. The screen goes black for a few seconds and when it comes back everything is way big. The comand keyes for send or done won't respond. I can size or possition or flip the lettering a different way, but no send/done will work. Smetimes if I let it set till the screen saver comes on then move the mouse to get it back things will work, but not today. I'm comuter stupid. My poor wife is going nuts over this. Has anyone ran across this before? Do I call Graphtec support or Flexie? I'm going to look at graphtec's web, but I was wondering if any of you could help? Thanks. I have learned alot form this web by reading response's from your how to's or problems some of you have had. Keep up the good work.

Have you shut everything down and re-started?

Yes Sir. My wife has totally removed and reloaded everthing a couple of times after shutting the system down did not work. I looked on graphtecs web and found another dealer in my area that I did not buy this from. I'm going to call them in the morning. The people I bought this from said call Graphtec. They them self's can't help me. They sale the program but don't repair. This has worked great for 3-1/2 years, but not now. It always happens when You have alot to do. O'well I guess thats how it goe's. Thanks, Dan-------

Might want to install a spell check while you're at it.

Sounds to me like a graphics card or a graphics card driver issue, or both.

Dan, first, all of us can feel your pain. We all go through this at one time or another. My advice is not to Panic. After trying the things you are familiar with...just stop a minute and try to avoid trying things that you're unfamiliar with. This is hard to do, especially on a weekend because you cant get ahold of anyone knowledgeable. The problem with going with your instincts...is you can create new tangent problems that cause you more headaches. If you can, spend time doing a back up of important stuff (if you need to) Double check your cable connections and look for pinched or cut cables. You WILL get back on line...so contact your customers that are waiting and give them a heads up. Remember most of these problems end up being small stuff. I'm sorry one of the previous replies was an attack on your typing/spelling...that is such BS. Let us know what it turns out to be after you recover. God Bless

Sounds like the production manager is having problems firing up. What type of computer are you running Flexi on? You might have brought a knife to a gun fight. If you don't have the power to process the PM start up that could be causing the stumble. Anyway that is definitely a Flexi or CPU problem.
