Thank you to everyone that has sent words of thought and support for Ricky and Sue and I. You guys can't understand just how much this means to me, thank you all. Ricky continues the battle, his internal cranial pressure flucuates in the high to very high readings... they just keep upping his drugs to combat this, he's having another scan today, I'm afraid we're being treated like mushrooms here at the moment, kept in the dark and fed bull****! We are continuing to help him here, thank you for your help.

Sarge, I'm setting here in a hospital as we speek, with my Father, who had major emergency surgery for 5 hours thru the night last night. Being bored, I have been checking on your son's progress every couple of hours on here. It's amazing we've never met, and you are half a world away, but yet I feel your pain as if I were right there with you. And we are right there with you. Its tough enough when its an eighty year old parent, but it isn't even supposed to happen when its a child. Keep the chin up brother, you are in our prayers. BTW, Dad's doing OK, but will be a while recouping. Take care.

Still praying for him Sarge, not letting go...I also had a chance to speak to a neuro-surgeon in passing last night, we've met before and I striped his M/B...he said for me to reassure you that it's an acceptable method used to relieve brain pressure, he also sends his prayers....

Hi Sarge, I just want to say This is a terrible thing for any parent to endure. Hang on to anything/anyone that is a source of strength for you. You can't control any of this but know that everything you say & do is helping. Keep the faith (that ain't religion) Find the strength that lives in weakness. My thoughts are with you & your family Shalom

Keep the faith Sarge. Look to your friends and family for strength, and listen and believe those positive thoughts. Young ones are strong in heart and mind, and can come back from almost anything. I have a good feeling about your son.

This has to have been the hardest three days of your life. You must be exhausted. It seems like it usually takes that amount of time for things to start to make themselves clear. Hopefully you will start to get some of the answers you need to have from here on in. Take Care, we're pulling for you on this end.
