I think I would try using one the Banner Profiles and turn up the Dry time/Temp. Keep us inform. I am real curious if this works for you. Are you using the 54" or the 30" The 54" is nice as you can adjust the head hieght.

I would be concerned about the styrene being able to dry. I also think it would scrub against the clear front cover as it is coming out....

When I got my 54" I asked if I could do that, I have one customer who orders a ton of signs on that stuff and was trying to speed it up, they told me no the ink would not bond to it. I am curious how you make out (if you try it)

Hey Mike, We were unable to overcome the static buildup, thermal forming from the heat (buckling) on any of 2 weeks worth of options on a Seiko. Works great on the 72UVR though.

Hi Mike long time mo hear, yes we have tried it without success, it just don't bite into it, and it does'nt dry. I'm going to call you next week I have a small question myself as well.
