I have Scanvec Inspire, complete in the box with all the manuals and dongle, as well as the registration number (required to install). I never used this, as Scanvec was bought out shortly after by Amiable. Would make it possible to run an additional design computer if you're already using Inspire. It could be a launching point for a great upgrade price on Flexi, so look into that as a selling point or another determination of it's value.
I have an unused copy of Inspire too... & a dongle, manual and CD... but mine is just "sign" and not worth as much, however my copy of Casmate Pro got me a really good deal on Flexi Pro.
