Can't wait to see ya again at another meet, Mr. Meyer. You inspired me to buy a set of brushes and practice with them.. .(about once every 2 months... but it's a start)
And Blake, you will pay for posting that picture.... (((wait, that's what I said about Kissy doing it in the first place... and I still haven't gotten her... oh well)))

Hockey games..yes I did Mario and you were right about the Crosby kid!
Thanks for all the nice comments, I am truly humbled, thank you.
One of the main reasons I left here is the non-sign related Bulls**t that seems to dominate this board. I do have something to bring to the table help others sign makers and I would hope that's what this bullboard could somehow get back to..(Don't you think so Mr. Shortreed?) Don't get me wrong, The Shortreed's do a nice job keeping the kid's in the sandbox from throwing poop on each other, but sometime I just could not see the point of how pictures of food and someone's third cousin removed who had a sprained ankle could really help others make SIGNS.
Whatever.
That being said, can someone post some pictures for me so we can get back to helping others make better and better signs?
Thanks to Steve Greer and Adam and Sara May for most recent encouragement....A special thank you to MattRolli for the time I worked with him in Hudson Wisconsin, it was really great and learned alot! I just wanted to be back in Minnesota doing my own thing. My wife works with me here and our son Caleb will be graduating from High School this Summer and things are just honky dorry! Enuf about me....Let's paint some SIGNS!
See you all in Algoma Wisconsin this June!!!

Well, Mike, it was all sounding good until the "Honky Dorry" part. Don't you be goin' anywhere out on the water in a Honky Dorry, leaks happen, and not just in the Mens Room!!
Welcome back to Mazeppa!

Welcome home Mike. I was totally surprised in Jacksonville last year when you came up to me and said, "Hi Steve, Glad you could make it."
We had never met before and you made me feel like part of the Letterheads right away! I will never forget that. I'm glad you are back in Minnesota and here on the bullboard. Now let's hear about your many experiences and more advice on making great signs!
Sign-cerely, Steve

Hey Mr Meyers, Good to hear from you again.
You were the real deal in Jacksonville but I knew you would be from all I known of you through this board.
Don't give up on the BB Mike, sure peoples attention s sometimes wander a bit but we are all about signs and the community around that, you only have to look at the post about Magoo's accident to know that.
Hope your town appreciates your return.
I won't make the walldog meet this year, we're buying a house!
Again, Good to see you back here.

It's who we are that makes up how we do, so ones inbetween experiences really do weigh into the overall picture, even on the international scale that we enjoy here...
I enjoyed your personality before meeting you, cherished meeting you at Fred's,(incidently Steve-he introduced himself to me same way as he did to you -heheh -the Meyers salutation? lol)...but to point, don't be such a sour puss, ya ol' goat...btw; welcome back, like others, I missed your wit and input...

This is the best news I've heard in a long time. I've been to 3 meets at Mike's shop and they are always so cool. I hope and pray that he'll do some more. I've learned so much at his meets.
The old adage "those that can, do, those that can't, teach" goes right out the window when it comes to sign makers. Those that know how to do it right, well they "do" and they teach. Mike is one of those and I'm so glad he's back in his shop again.
Anyone who doesn't take time to go to a Letterhead meet, just doesn't care to learn anything about their craft. In my eyes, going to a meet at least every other year is a must.

Mike, his two rookie teammates, Malkin and Staal, are the real deal too! Staal has an uncanny knack on the PK and leads the league in shorties.

Ohhhhh I am bleeding! I've been BEAR clawed, mauled to death. Good luck in the super bowl.
Been waiting 40 years for a winning team. 40 more years and I will be 100. But that's a good thing. The great grandkids can lie and say WE WON and I won't know the difference.
Welcome back to the BB
