Software applications utilizing security devices (dongles) can't be networked. Even if you run a keyless version, you can't open up two copies of the same Flexi on the same network unless they are two or more seperate copies.
Contact Scanvec-Amiable about multi issue Flexi's. They will help you.

I read you can run the prodction manager on two machines at the same time.. The main machine has to have the legal flexi with key running.. and a remote machine runs the extra production manager. Not sure of the details..
This is from memory when I just goona purchase bought flexi just before the storm..

You are correct Curtis.. I am running this way. One computer is hooked up to the plotters... the other is my design station... the design station has the key. All you have to do is open Flexi on the computer with the key, and the production manager on the other one... You can not open a copy of both programs on both computers at any one time.

you can always install the program in both computers and bring the key back and forth, contact Scanvec Amiable, I remember a few years ago a friend got a second key for a discounted price.

I've got it and it's not friendly when it comes to using between networks.
Transfering the key will work but what a pain.
Perhaps Corel X3 is a good option. At least that's what I'm looking at. I've been a Flexi user since Version 5 and I think it's a time to change. Don't see any advatages of staying on any longer.

I ditched Flexi about 6 months ago, It was the best thing I have ever done in this biz!!
Order you corel x3 and either signtools3 which is what I use, or Cocut, or drive it straight out of corel if your smart enough...I'm not tho..
You will never be sorry! Forget network issues, dongle issues and all that stuff once and for all!! Load it on as many computers as you want, and cut from any of them over the network to your cutter.
I promise you it will be the best money you have spent in a long time.
