This afternoon at 4:00 Jeanne and I became Great Grandparents - a little girl, Janine, weighed in at 7-1 and was 19" long. Our son, Mike, is now a grandpa at 40. The mother is Mike's step daughter, Rebecca Thomson.
Mother, baby, dad and all the grandparents are doing well.
Now, there is another little girl to spoil.

Congratulations to Raymond and the parents too! Glad to hear all is well.
I can't believe he hasn't posted a picture yet... as that's also what it takes to beat me. We need proof!

Congratulations Ray, Jeanne, Rebecca and Janine. Great grand daughter beats a tool changer any day of the week. A little more expensive in the long run, but still a winner.

Well, Otto Carter...it's good to see you here.
For those who don't know Otto, he just happens to be one of the most talented folks on the planet. Not only does he paint signs, but he does portraits, woodworking, and is recognized as an expert engraver. He also knows all that stuff about doing solid surface materials - is even certified by the largest manufacturer of the material in the world.
We both had the same mentor in Abilene, Texas - the late Ellison Edwards. Otto bought Ellison's business after he retired.
From what I've heard, Otto even built the house he lives in with his own two hands.
And just a great guy on top of that. And I get to call him a friend. Is this a great life or what?
