This is a local sign supply place close to me and they have a good varity of Thermoflex material. I have used the thermoflex and prefer it to the cad cut. The website dos not have any info on the thermoflex but it does have the contact info. http://www.sullco-usa.com/

Miles, I use Beacon as well, and I usually use the Econoprint material made by Stahls. It's cheaper than the ThermoFilm. But if you want a more "screenprint" look, use the ThermoFilm.
I've never had any problems with the Econoprint or the ThermoFilm, and I've cut and pressed quite a bit of jerseys, shirts, and hats with this stuff.

Thanks Randy but I am using this on Sunbrella type fabric which is used for Awnings and Windbreakers so beacon recommended the Thermo Banner material which I am going to give a go. Shipping is a big chunk of change though. It makes up one third of the price!
