Go to Home Depot, Lowes or other large building supply...an look for Abitibi panels in the tub & shower section. They have 4x8 white sheets, cut to size and make your own.
P.S. Finish up the left over scraps, they make nice gifts as kitchen shopping reminders.

Just don't call them "tile board" in front of the customer; to them they are "melamine board". Melamine board is much more expensive product than tile board . It would be best to protect the edges and backside from water if you can. Si is right about the offcuts; we have a bunch of them in use here.
