Its done! The new Indocil website is up and running. I want to share with you my letterville friends my new web site. After about 6 months with the help of Diaz media I have a site that I am truly proud of. With that being said it is a heavy Flash intensive site and not dial up friendly. I apologize for that and hope you can be patient for the loading process. I wanted this to be more of a presentation instead of your boring cookie cuter website. It had to be entertaining and informative. It has a few galleries for pics of some of our work plus interesting info on the corporate projects and our history page that I hope you will take the time to read. It will help you understand who Indocil is, where we come from and where we are going. There is also a Mp3 player built into the site so you can experience the site and art listening to the same music you would find if you were standing in our shop. If you want to turn it off it is at the lower right. Don't turn it off to soon, you may like some of it, you can even skip a track if you don't like it. Please take the time to look at the site and let me know what you think. Remember though I know I broke allot of rules with this site. I have a vision and this is part of it. It isn't your typical site trying to snag Internet surfers. The people coming to this site are looking for Indocil not just a helmet painter. I do however want to hear your input. Read my history it explains my hardheadedness!

I've been honored to watch this one grow, as emails and calls went back and forth, and Joe tested it on us first... it's gone like this... "This is what I want to do. When you switch pages I want it to sound like a gun cocking. Can you do that?" "I'll try to figure it out..." ...next day...."Is that it?" "That's it...Now can we try this?...." ....and so forth. It's been a blast to watch it develop! Some of those helmets just blow me away!

You've got a definate winner there son Hats off to everybody involved. Probably the best website I've ever been to. The way it's laid out is super and the history is just great.
The music is probably the best part, I really liked the inclusion of MTB You might want to stick "Master of Sparks" in there somewhere...sounds like something you would do

Very nice site, Ryan. Love the music, the way the gallery works, the way the entire site operates. Also really impressed with your work... I've raced karts and dirt track... was a tire changer for a Nascar All-pro team and a Southern All-stars late model for a couple years. I've seen a lot of custom helmets but very few as slick as yours.
I really like the fact that you can go anywhere on the site without interrupting the music..
Very slick, Joe...
Edited to add a music request: "Jerry was a Race Car Driver" by Primus..

Like the opening page and everything on through. I like your chioce for the word "Art" on the first page (snappy) that's one of mine I did for Sign DNA. Keep the pressure low,Brushes wet and the mask on tight.
Yer doin' all right........

Yeah, that's pretty cool. The gallery set up is great ... the reflections are a nice touch. The music didn't load for me after the intro ... but it was better then yesterday when the music played but the intro graphics locked up. It was stuck playing Black Betty while a picture of a headless girl with wings just sat there ... that was somewhat disturbing. Much better this time around.
Very slick!

It never loads for me on cable beyond the first page. If I click "enter" nothing happens for upwards of a minute. I'm dying of curiousity! The View Recent Work part does. I like that pic of you with all the helmets! Oh, and I don't have speakers...but maybe that's a good thing! Does it really sound like a gun cocking when you change pages? love....Jill

I finally got it loaded. It is quite unique, just like Ryan! I noticed two mispellings.... one on (i think) the first page after you get in, that says "resent" in lieu of recent, and one talking about bass stripping where I think you mean striping? My favorite page is the history, but the whole site is pretty kick-ass. Definately not for sissies! hahahaha Love....Jill

Since I'm sure Ryan would like it to be perfect and you're pointing out the very rare spelling mistakes, Jill.. I noticed 'professional' was spelled 'proffessional' in one of the gallery entries.
Still think it is one of the best sites I've been to. Had it up last night to let it cycle through the music a couple of times...
EDITED TO ADD: OH YEAH, and Jill, "mispellings" is correctly spelled "misspellings"

Thanks for the help guys. I am glad you guys dig it. I really thought I was going to get slammed for breaking a few rules when it comes to websites here at lettewrville. I plan on using it as a tool and is part of the big picture. Overall it has gotten great reviews and I am very happy with the way it has been received.
