Dear letterheads,

The overwhelming demand for my artwork melted the server at bobscoffeeshop.com so I moved over to Apple's website, and my new web presence is at:

http://web.mac.com/parsons1952

It's very easy to maintain and more fun. It's not commercial though. But then again, neither was the other one! ha! What I'm dong there is centered more on music -- or whatever you call the stuff I play.

See you there.

All the best,

bp

thanks ma man...

Gear. Yamaha 300 watt mixer / speaker combo (I think it is a StagePass). Boss Br600 recorder. Samick thinline acoustic with flatwound strings (13's); with an added humbucker. I can actually play the piezo and the humbucker at the same time. I play through a Boss Gt6 multi-pedal - the left out goes to a Boss RC20 Looper then to the mixer, the right out goes direct to the mixer.

Later,

bp

I worked on a Powerpoint Presentation while listening to your songs, Bob. Mellow. Perfect mood setter. Thanks for posting this!!

Hope to see you soon, sir. It's been over a year. Where will we go now that Meyer is out of Mazeppa?

Time will tell.

Your talent knows few boundaries, Bob. How nice. I'm jealous that I never learned any instruments - but there's still time, I guess. My son is just learning electric guitar - taking him to lessons right now, in fact. At least he'll have that outlet like you someday. Good for you!!

(Does the musician's union know you employ minors?) [Smile]

John, Jay thanks for the kudos! And the pun. Don't get me started there -- my family growns from home grown puns. Ok, here's a sample of a Parsons original -- hot off the press:

How did the fetching female receptionist turn into a man? .....................................

.

She got Testy Calls. Ha! Are you dying yet?

Nancie and all,

I don't have a CD out but you're welcome to download every tune on my website. You can do that through itunes. Just subscribe to my podcast via the "Subscribe" button on the website. Then through itunes you can download the files.

I believe we are in a whole new era of music distribution. The generation of my kids really dig a lot of what i do because it is live. Not dubbed or overdubbed, no tricks. Plus it is almost instantly updated. The generation I belong in generally likes what i do because there is a certain sense of melody that keeps the solos anchored to the earth.

What I would like to achieve through the distribution is just plain ol' appreciation -- especially during this time of my apprenticeship.

Thanks,

bp
