Chronological order has something to do with knowledge?
[Confused]

I think not.

Well, all I've figured out so far is that there are many different numbers here. Complex numbers, whole numbers, real numbers, prime numbers. Ran across lots of irrational numbers... even some transcendental numbers, quite a few think they are perfect numbers.. some are just natural numbers. Luckily, a good many rational numbers here also.

Ok, sorry if I'm being an integer. You can kiss my algebra.

If you take your number and multiply by,... ah forget it. Yeah, I was thinking of turning my number into a Tattoo,....Helvitica Extra Plain would look nice.
I now know what the "B." stands for in Alicia B. Jennings. It was revealed in a DVD,...about Lodi.

I think this is a very interesting question about the member number. I often look at the member number vs. the number of posts when I'm skimming through the posts too. It amazes me how much time some people spend on the BB replying to mutltiple posts. I value the BB very much and should rely on it more, but I just don't have the time.

That's because I'm too busy reading the dirt racing message boards in between work!!!

If it weren't for the Brush Bash this year (just rolled the post-o-meter over 200 posts this summer, and for the Brush Bash in 2002, I would likely be just over 100 posts since 1998. And I check the BB quite frequently.

It sure is nice to rely on getting the information I need when I'm in a pinch though. I recall not so long ago when it was almost taboo to ask for a logo or font help. That seems to have loosened up a bit, which I think makes sense. Aren't we in this together to help each other out? I can see if a person was on here every other day asking for this or that, but to get a favor every now and then sure is refreshing.

Great topic A.B. Jennings!

Kurt, there is a difference between asking for someone to give you a font or logo and asking where to buy it or the name of the font. The first is copyright infringement, unprofessional and just plain bad juju. The second is the way it should work.

Nov 1998 seems to be a very common register date.

Si,
That # on the lower right doesn't mean diddly,
you can't find one earlier that Nov 1998 when I believe the board was revamped and the numbers changed. I think I've posted here on and off since about 1996.

Can we trade numbers, I want Si Allen's...

I don't get the philosiphy there, Someone who joined earlier has more knowledge than someone who just did? Like Bill Wood for instance, just joined recently but has been making signs for 25+ years, has less knowledge than me because i have been a member here since 1998?

Along that same thinking, why does someone who has posted more threads have more knowledge then someone with few? Does that make Mike Pipes smarter than Art Shiling?

The dates aren't accurate. I first registered way back when...like in the 90's. Numbers really don't mean a hill of beans here.
