I was just reading all the questions on the bullboard about SignLab and Flexi. I had one person e-mail me back about what he thought about the difference between the two. From all the questions that are asked about how to do this and that in SignLab vs. how little to none there are about Flexi makes me wonder if SignLab is really a good product in the comparison. I really don't know, but I'm going off of what the questions are.

Yes Rick, the screens look very similar in both programs. I use signlab for vinyl cutting and corel to run my digital printer. I like signlab, but then again, I've never used flexi.

Thank you for your help. Still not sure what direction to take here. I will not need a program for the use with a digital printer. Design and cut are the main features I would like to shine in a program.

Joanna, I have used SignLab for 11 years. I also have CorelDraw 12 but I find it harder to use for sign design. I do use CorelDraw for changing file formats. I learned SignLab first and find the tools are easier to access. If you feel comfortable with SignLab...I'd stick with it. I use CorelDraw for files that I send to be digitally printed.I don't think CorelDraw is anything like SignLab...although the font selection is set up the same in 5.0. Welcome to the neighborhood!
