This was getting to big for the plotter room. Time to move it to the shop. We loaded it on a trailer and took it to a drive on scale just down the road.
That’s a 24” roll next to it.

Based on a density of vinyl at 26.667grams per cubic inch. Factor in the relative size to the 24" roll next to it, account for some loss of volume since it's not a cube, this would yield 730lbs. However that would be for a void-free object so I estimate maybe 2/3 of that total volume is actually air.
Therefore. my guess is 243lbs.

I took another look and read your hint, and want to change my guess to 287 lbs. I was thinking about the weight of the last one of those I made which wasn't as big or as tightly packed.

Make a potato gun out of a metal culvert and shoot that sucker. With the spiralled corrugation you should get a nice rifling effect that will make it very accurate. Give new meaning to the obligatory shop vinyl ball wars.
Then show us the pictures.
