I have a Photobrasive system here in Delaware and have put together some guides for making the stencils if that would be of help. I also have a vinyl plotter for larger projects and have hand cut stencils for various projects over the years.
Do you have a system, or are you looking into gettting into glass etching?
I've been doing it for over 28 years and can give you some advise.

I found my two guides - I put them together to remind me when I have to use the system.
E-mail me directly and I will send them back to you.

I'd be really interested in that too... have cut some vinyl that looks like etched glass for some gun cabinets etc. but would like to try the real thing...
Thanks!

Careful guys, it's easy to get hooked on it. I just figured it out and am very pleased with the detail I can achieve. Ink jet printer and office depot transparencies. Spent a week working with the printer settings before I realized I shouldn't use the transparency setting.

Cat: These 2 links may help.www.glastar.com & Art on glass inc.I know I have used these services & have found them great. If you can find Norm & Ruth Dobbins literature on this site, they are great.Have taken several of their classes.
Looking at a couple of sites it appears that Capillary film for screen printing would work for light blasting on glass. If you wanted to stop by we can put some capillary film on a glass panel and photo pattern it. I don't have a minature blaster but I have a small spot blaster that might work.
In any case we can demonstrate coating, exposing and developing images.
give us a call if you want 518 885-9899
