I was a speed-freak in high school & weighed around 120 when I graduated in 1978. 5'6" tall.

I gained some when I quit smoking in January, but I am s-l-o-w-l-y taking it off. This is hard to type.... I am now 175, an inch shorter,I know, it is awful! But I AM getting a slight curve again! I am waliking & counting points & feeling better than ever!

I had a HORRIBLE day today, & came home & grabbed one of my Husband's Blue Bunny ice cream cones & told him, "I don't smoke pot anymore, or drink, or smoke cigarettes. I WANT MY CHOCOLATE & ICE CREAM!"

Graduated in 1963

At 5'11" I weighed about 180

This morning at 6'0" I weigh in at 205

My peek has been 240 and I feel best at 200 to 210 so I'm feeling pretty good right now and don't look too bad in a one piece bathing suit [Wink]

Graduated in 1969. I was captain of the Wrestling Team, weighed 147 5' 6"

In 1983, I quit drinking and moved to a larger shop up by Kentucky Fried Chicken. My weight was 195 lbs.

By 1993, I had mushroomed to over 300 lbs. Had my first heart attack on Dec. 25 that year

A year ago I was at 285 but shrinking. 255 lbs right now. Hope my losing ways continue.

I graduated high school in 1974. Weighed in at 210 pounds. My highest has been 295. Right now I am at 265 and going down. Ive lost ten pounds in the last two weeks. Im back to my long addiction to weightlifting and getting much stronger. Doing a lot of walking too. I smell pizza.

Tony, that's funny! I look at your picture and I had you pegged for about 6'5". You *look* tall in that photo for some reason.

Very interesting folks! Looks like the guys have easily added 50#'s over the years in general.

I'm trying to cut some pounds now...so far it hasn't been too bad....as far as temptations go.
