I've had a ton of fun this week watching everyone be so creative with logos. It's been a blast!

Well my wife and I have a 24' pontoon boat we have been rebuilding for the past few months and it's almost ready. But it needs a name!
What should a sign person name a boat? Any Cool Ideas? [Group Hug]

Mine was ONESHOT with the oneshot can skiing.

My wife's was The Money Hustler with a pinup girl

My wife says she runs around wild getting work, doing work, giving quotes. All in a effort to Hustle a dollar.

Well........... Being as how you stated that you have had a ton of fun watching everyone be creative with logos, why not name it TON'O'Fun and still use the pin-up girl logo? Might be interesting to see the looks when you tell what the ton o fun is. If I knew more about your situation, I could [robably come up with a few more. Best of fun with your boat anyhow!

I caught a glimpse of this topic earlier today and though I came up with a decent one.
I was thinking striped bass with some killer pinstriping and graphics, but it's not a bass boat [Frown]
Oh well, back to the drawing board [Smile]

After perusing the prices of cottages in our area...$250G's for a teardown!...we bought a 27 foot pontoon and called her "Lakefront Property". What with the double hulls and all, how about "2Shot"?

Alphaboat (a take-off on alphabet)

If the insurance guy named his boat 'Premiums' then sign guy would name his boat . . .

'APOS-TROPHY'

lol . . .

,?

Calma?

Letterfloat let'erfloat (like let'er rip . . .lot's of these:

Let'erStyle

Let'erUp

LetterRaft

Sans~Sail

Pon-too-ation (a take-off on 'punctuation')

LEGIBLE

PAINTOON BOAT

A Sign of Success

VISABILITY

THE BOLD TYPE

....this is too much fun . . . I gotta quit . . .

oh wait . . .

The KERNNEl (take off on kerning)

SPACE AVAILABLE (ok mabey not) lol

The SSF (The Sign Shop of Florence)

BILLBOAT (take off on 'billboard')

Graffic-Raft

SANS & SERIF (take off on Sands & Surf)

Serif's Up!

(you'd just HAVE to use a serifed type for that one, lol)

Also calling it your favorite typestyle, or naming it a cute, or funny typestyle, and using the that type as well . . . like:

Bottleneck

Lazybones

PERPETUA

The Zaph Chancery Bold

Brush Casual

ok. Sorry.

I AM done . . . . but if we ever get a pontoon-boat I wanna call it:

"An Install" That way when you're out boating during the week the phone answerer can say you are out on "An Install"

Also... how can a person ever believe fish pictures on a site full of Photoshop professionals?
