Thirty-two years ago today a very young couple walked down the isle and promised they would love each other 'always'.
Janis was the first girl I dated. I was only 17 and she the tender age of 16. For me it was love at first sight and I asked her to marry me within three weeks of our first date. Janis took a little longer to make up her mind. She said "no" the first time I asked her to marry me... "maybe" the next... "not yet" the third time and "YES" on the fourth try. Three years later we were married. I chased her until she caught me.
Some things are very much worth persevering for!
Our road together has always been exciting, sometimes a little bumpy, most times smooth and always travelled together. We are in it together for the long haul.

Dan and Janis, congratulations and best wishes. What a wonderful story. Here's for the next thirty! (This reminds me of the commercial one of my favorites: the couple get married and go to Disney World for their honeymoon and he carries her over the threshold of the hotel suite, then it blends to laying their toddler in the bed, then it flips through the pictures of their lives until they are older; really brings out the emotions in me to see how time flies by and we must make the best out of our families and years together).

Happy Anniversary Dan and Janis, now that we have met (without Janis) and talked and dined, it all means so much more. I said it before and I'll say it again, you have done so much for so many and you and your wife deserve the very best.
