I have corel 8 and it won't nudge. I hit the arrow keys to nudge it and nothing. I uninstalled it and re-installed it and the same thing. I have other software and that is the only one that does it. Anyone know what may be going on. Thanks

There are a couple of things that could have happened. The nudge setting on the "Transform" bar is adjustable. Perhaps, yours somehow got set to zero. See the following screen shot.

Also, if you are trying to use Corel 8 on an XP or W2000 system, you will likely have compatibility problems.

Edited to add: My screen shot is from Corel X3. I don't recall if the nudge option looked the same on Corel 8, since it's been a few years since I've used it.

Hey Dave, I have had Corel for months but used it very little because of the missing feature. I had no idea what to do. The setting wasn't where you said it may be in v.8 but I looked in "options and found it. What do you recommend for the ssttings or does it matter? Thanks, it is finally working!
Take care buddy

Nudge setting is sutuational. I'f Im doing desktop layouts, Bus cards or pamphletts I like to set the nudge at .005" and the 'super nudge at 10x nudge.

If I'm doing signs I usually set nudge at .1" and super nudge at 10x nudge.

It changes quickly from the workspace so there is no right or wrong setting, it's whatever you need it to be.
