I wouldn't think alcohol is 'hot' or agressive enough to bite the vinyls. More likely glycol esters or glycol ether esters – both derived from mineral oil.
The info will be on the MSDS (once we find one).

Here it is right from the MSDS on Roland's website.
FYI Glycols are alcohols. An alcohol is any compound that has one or more hydroxyl group attached to a carbon atom, and that encompasses a pretty wide gamut of compounds.

DIETHYLENE GLYCOL DIETHYL ETHER For closely related compounds (diethylene glycol dimethyl ether or diethylene glycol monoethyl ether) animal tests show that these substances possibly cause toxic effects upon human reproduction. The substance irritates the eyes, the skin and the respiratory tract. The liquid defats the skin.
Gamma-Butyrolactone (GBL) GBL is a constituent of paint removers, textile oils and drilling oils. This is interesting> ITs soem BAD stuff.. GBL was introduced into the dietary supplement marketplace is because it is easily converted into gamma-hydroxybutyrate (GHB) after ingestion and is used as a prodrug of GHB. GHB has been classified as a schedule I substance and is illegal to use except in certain FDA-allowed clinical trials.
TETRA EG monobutyl is also used as a chemical intermediate and as a solvent in the production of inks and dyes.
