I'm at my wits end (wasn't a long trip).
Using Flexi Pro 7.6v2 with latest updates and a graphtec FC700-100 cutter with latest firmwate.
I can't seem to get the cutter to scan the reg marks on any prints over approc 2' long.
It works great on shorter prints, but I am trying to cut around a print that is 30" x 36" long & it will not even come close to scanning the 2 reg marks furthest from the origin point.
Anyone having luck with this cutter/software combo? Any advice?
Thanks Mike

another stab in the dark- I'm not running either of those programs- but my VersaCamm wasn't recognizing my cropmarks- turned out I didn't have the cropmarks between the rollers- and apparently that is common knowledge cause its no where in the manual

I talked to the tech gurus at Sign Supply of Kentucky & they helped me out.
Although my cutter still has a couple of unresolved problems - this is not one of them.
It seems that when the file is sent to the printer, the final output is not always the exact same size - that is why the cutter was scanning slightly over the mark.
Flexi has a function called "Output Size Compensation" it is located in the printer setup up production manager. It sends a test print 48" to the printer. I then measure the actual size of the test print (mine was 47.875") & it calculates how much to compensate.
Seemed to work on this print. Hopefully it will continue to work on others as well.
Thanks Everyone! Mike
