Personally, I just let the hair on my legs grow out to it's full natural length, and that'll supply plenty of static. ; Nair, Neet, Lady Remington, and Gillette are all natural enemies of static.

1.Set the radio 'off' station and turn up volume, or set TV channel to a 'frying' channel 2.'Cling' to partner via perpetual hugging
Seriously:
Dry and cool air are helpful for increasing static cling.
If you're havin' a problem with the clear, digital-printed static cling material such as is used in signs . . . both the un-printed side of the material and the glass it will be applied to must be completely 'grease' and dust free. I recommend wiping both with alcohol or denatured alcohol, or at least windex.

I agree Boone. I had some of that material get old. It looses it's cling properties when it exceeds a year or so. Especially since the price is not too bad either.

All joking aside, static cling works because of high plasticiser quantities. They bleed off eventually, and when gone they are GONE. In fact they bleed off so much that it is not wise to screen print any stock more than 6 weeks old. I just had a job recently and did have some extra stock around and did not check it carefully, printed , dried with good results and when we tested one it didn't have any cling left, sooo guess what, we did them again on new stock.
