We don't measure time in hours or days at our house. Its marked by events and projects instead. The notations we have marked on the calender refer to the same.
The year started out with New Years (as always). That's always family time with Christmas before it and it seems to last well into the first week of the year. We hardly had time to get over that and it was time for Janis & I to head south for a little R&R....er.... I mean research trip.
Immediately on our return there were two weeks of heavy duty concept design sandwiched inbetween two trips to Vegas for meetings at each end.
March was spent finishing up the Hell's Gate project and doing the concept art for our big project in Minnesota. A couple of trips there for meetings more than filled up that month.
The first two weeks of April will be down in Florida at the ISA show and researching once again at a Disney park. The green parade float will eat up the last weeks of April in a hurry.
The first three weeks of May will be spent prepping Giggle Ridge for the season as well as starting the project in Minnesota. The last week of May is the Lodi event.... something I can hardly wait for.
The first week of June will be spent with my hands in the dirt... planting 14,000 annual flowers at Giggle Ridge. The rest of June, July and August will be pedal to the metal on the Minnesota project. Operating Giggle Ridge will fill in every single gap.
Fall is still too far away to think about as of yet... but I have no doubt there will be many exciting events and projects to mark the time.
No matter how we take note of it time still seems to just fly by faster eac year!

Dan, You are my hero. As a Letterhead newbie, I think of you as a role model. When faced with a project challenge I ask myself:WWDD, What Would Dan Do? The answer is always, do it big, be the best I can be, and HAVE FUN. Thanks for sharing your incredible imagination (corporation) with us. You are living proof of the possibilities we can acheive through hard work (and good humor)! -Nancy
