A local church I did a marquee sign for changes it's message every week.
This weeks..."Exposure to the SON will prevent you from burning"
A few weeks back I did a double take thinking it was a message to me that his sign was broke...til I read it a second time. "SIGN IS BROKEN...message inside".
I find myself looking there for a new play on words every week now!
Hmmmm...maybe there's a message for me in there!

as to add to the drama we keep drawing up down here in the south, one church had: "God made Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve"
of course crap like this really stirs the pudding down here! but it was good. We have so many hiprocites in churches down here that i am just waiting for the big fallout!
and until i started doing sign for several small churches did i learn about the politics that goes on, the back-stabbing that goes on. it is ridiculous and shocking. it seems to be a tug of power to the top and i would never have guessed that....oh well goes to show you in these days and times: "the best christians really were eaten by lions"

Mike, If you're going to quote someone to help support your views...for God's sake, sorry,...for "?" sake, don't use JESSE VENTURA! Use a quote from some respected folk, like; Sir Issac Newton or Albert Einstein or C.S. Lewis or Winston Churchill. (But not those in paticular 'cause they were all "weak minded"!)

As far as hipocracy goes, I'm guilty. I would like to apologize for anything contentious, mocking, mean-spirited, or prideful that I have ever posted on this forum. I promise, to try to never do it again.

Here we go again. The original post did not contain anything that I could find objectionable, but I may have been too optimistic. Once again, we see Letterheads butting heads over topics that have nothing to do with Letterheads.
The lesson? Let's not fool around with the rules regarding Religious and Political posts. Save those and other OT subjects that could cause controversy and division, for other Forums.
BTW. Just read The DiVinci Code from cover to cover. hahahahaha....we're not even going to go there! Let's call it a day.
