We built a sign using a Peachtree City Foamcraft base with aluminum Gemini letters attached to the face using stud mount with silicone. There are quite a few letters, "Bobcat of Iron County" and the Bobcat logo. Has anyone had success removing the letters without totally ruining the acrylic coating on the base? The owner is closing that portion of the business and needs the lettering removed. There is not enough room behind the letters to slide in a bolt cutter.
Thanks

The studs are made of zinc and really soft. Can you slide in a hacksaw blade with a mask tape for a handle? 5 - 6 swipes and it will be cut..

Give Peachtree a call. They must have run into this before.
