I have a project that calls for the text to be on an arch but the top of the letters need to be in straight line. I have Flexi-sign and can arch them but the top of letters arch also. I just bought Corel Draw 12 but have not had time to work with it. Is there an easier way to do this? Thanks, Mary

In Corel, use an envelope for shaping, and just shape the bottom...

If I understand your problem correctly, you can… 1. Select the text. 2. Click on distort. 3. About half way down in my Flexi is a distort function that looks like the top half of a ball. Select it. 4. If you use it now the text will be arched or bowed on the top so you need to rotate it 180 first. 5. Now you can distort the bottom of the text and the top will remain straight. Hope this helps.
