Mike, make sure you take a map! Don't forget to check out Beaver Dam on your way to Milwaukee. There was a travel TV program that showed these people drove thru Wisconsin, I think it's in the area where you are driving, this guy has a big piece of property with all these crazy and wild Iron Scupltures he's been making for years. Sorry don't know the name of it, but if you go thru there get a shot for me. See you at the Falcons game!

Hey Mike. I am so jealous. My husband and I drove up there last November. We stopped in Milwaukee and spent the night. The next day we toured the brewery and drove by the baseball field, then on to Green Bay. We stayed at the Thundra Lodge right there at Lambeau Field and wlked to the tail gate party and the game that night. The people in WI really know how to make the beat of everything. Take the time and tour Lambeau Field while you are there. I have been to about all the Pro football fields East of the Miss. River, and none of them start to compare to that field. The food is great and it is really worth the money to just see the foresight they had when they decided to build that field. Believe it or not, I am not the Packer fan in the family. I did learn to respect them and their facility.

We made it home~!! Caleb and i had a blast! A little bit of white knuckle driving back on 21 West to Tomah, a few cars in the ditch, but we trudged on thru!
The first pic is a Billboard in Nodine Minnesota that I helped letter in 1978 and it is STILL up!!!
who could pass up the Chrome Ladies?!
The bathroom had a Mural on the walls..IN A TRUCK STOP!
The Sunset is in Greenbay...The Lambeau Field complex is pretty impressive, there was a Snowmobile Race going on, so I could not tour the stadium but did check out the GreenBay Gamblers game next door! They won 4-2 over the Lincoln Stars of Nebraska. (The night before we saw the Milwaukee Admirals beat the Rochester Americans 3-2 in Overtime and got an Autograph from the HANSONS!)
Stayed in Mishicot Wis, and saw the NEVERLY BROTHERS from Chicago! They were awesome! Got some pictures of some neat stuff, ghost walls, old signs. Lots of Houses turned into BARS in Wisconsin...makes sense, if ya get layed of, just remodel a bit, make yur home a bar!
Looking forward to driving to Cinncinati this summer and Georgia in the fall!
